3. Products, Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.

4. Authenticity & Hallmark

Every piece sold by Konokchapa Jewellers is genuine and, where applicable, hallmarked and supplied with the relevant certification for its metal and stones. Natural stones may show minor variations that are characteristic of genuine materials and are not considered defects.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. High-value jewellery is dispatched insured; please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.

7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After delivery, eligible items may be returned or exchanged for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged product if you contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the order, with the item unworn and in its original packaging. Custom-made or engraved pieces may be non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.
